昨天CPT邀请的越野赛跑～
刚开始越过了蛮多的人～然后另一段路之后，剩下不多的人。。
我慢慢越。。慢慢越。。
要到终点时，用我全身剩下的力！冲去前面！！！也越过了不少人。。
我想，应该有十名以内吧。。（我也不懂吗。。那个老师没有跟我讲！！）
到了终点，见不到田径的老师～有一位那间学校的老师，帮我拿水和食物~谢谢～
吃完了。。还见不到老师，不懂跑去哪里了～

不久，看到她来了之后。。我觉得老师对我并没有很大的信心。。他认为我跑的比别人差很多。。然后很幸运才能拿奖。。
可是他没有看到！我到终点的时候，他并没有看到！
。。。
不过说来也气！CPT邀请很多间学校，可是！只有我的学校去比赛！
原本我是应该跟那些被邀请的学校一起跑的～可是没有一间吗～所以跟CPT的人跑咯。。
拿奖的时候，奖牌上写着pertama~什么意思。。是不是我跑不跑都拿第一？
是呱。。我也不懂～
如果是酱，那我跑来做么！我酱辛苦做么！我酱压力做么！。。。
算～

晚上排球，学到很多东西～很爽～不过教练也似乎对我的看法不是很满意罢了～
我一定要证明给她看。。接球，杀球，开球。。我一定要稳！！！！！
虽然我知道不简单，尤其是杀球和开球，但！我会努力！一定会！！

倒数倒数～

来来～齐齐来倒数我的生日～哈哈～
其实没什么的～生日还不是一样罢了～会收到朋友的心意咯～不过应该不是很多人记得呱。。

那天是星期四～早上田径～下午上课～然后回家～补习～做功课～简单～
很少有一年是很很很惊奇吖～开心啊～特别的～
最多也只是妈妈买蛋糕，切了跟家人一起吃～也不错了啦～蛋糕也是很贵的！～
要求不可以多多～可能以后认识多人了就会爽一点呱～^^~

嗯。。
下午跟朋友约好，在自己家里自己练跑啊..sit up...push up...back up..跳绳~
更恐怖的～背我姐～他不是很重啦。。跟我一样wor!吓到～我还不知道咧～不过背起来还蛮重的。。

然后写中楷，小楷～中楷还好。。小楷～adui..以前没写过～第一次写。。难看咯～
下次加油吧～

现在呢，要去吉打了～亲戚搬新家～请我们去咯～我们也去看看他们～嘻嘻～

首先，先祝我的好朋友生日快乐啦～已经做朋友酱多年～不可能忘记你的生日的啦～（虽然是昨天）哈哈～

耶～想到就高兴～等下5.10就放学了～～因为大宝森节嘛～学校靠近。。（庙呱～）所以就早放学咯，不然一定很塞车～

晚上呢～有练球哦～耶耶～刚开始喘是喘，不过我想练久后应该不会怎样啦～我行的～嗯！

练习～～

原本昨天可以在学校写部落格的～
哪里知道有同学找老师～～讲到很久。。才开始上课～
所以咧～就不能写了咯～要写罢了，老师就叫我们关～

星期一晚上的练习还不错啦～
刚开始就叫我们跑不懂是排球场还是篮球场10圈～还好啦～以前state training都常跑的～
然后跑。。动前面的线来回2次～过后去那个线做push up~过后再跑去前面一点，做sit up~然后再跑去前面一点，做那个星星的。。蹲，然后跳起来的时候，身体要像一个星星的形状～（我不懂怎样讲！）然后要swing手hop回来。。回来后，就要背自己的partner来回～哈哈～很好笑～！
然后。。练球咯～

真的很喜欢打球！
喜欢到～
牺牲星期五的补习～～
所以咧～一星期练球的时间。。1，3，5～
耶～～
不过。。
怕的是。。
功课做不完！
很怕。。
尤其是星期一晚上和星期三。。
因为另一天早上（星期2&4）7.++就要去学校。。for 田径～
就是说咧！
如果功课太多，就不能留到明天做。。要晚上赶晚！
唉～到时肯定累死的啦～
不过没办法。。谁叫我爱打球～嘻嘻～功课再多～也应付得来呱～～
然后咧。。
参加田径～原本不是很喜欢的啦～不过想想。。顺便练体能～可以帮到排球wor~就照参加了～

每次晚上练球回到家的后啊～就做功课的吗～然后就一定要on9!找白痴聊天～～
可是咧～讲到12点酱就要关了～一下下罢了。。所以聊天的时间变少了～
还有～每天都会去论坛看看东西的～看他们讲什么啊～还要看我的农场～哈哈～很无聊吧～

好鲁～～要去冲凉，去学校了～！

1，3，5晚上都有排球练习～
要选14岁以下的州手～
选到就有得代表槟城去柔佛比赛！
我好希望能去。。
不知道行不行。。
